1. How this pilot is funded

DataToAsset is an independent referrer. The final data user carries out the assessment and makes the decision. We may receive compensation from the final data user for a successful referral; DataToAsset does not charge you for its service in this pilot.

2. Financial interest and independent decisions

A potential referral payment gives DataToAsset a financial interest in a successful introduction. This pilot uses a selected referral program; it is not a comparison of all data opportunities in the market. Compensation is conditional on the receiving service’s eligibility and payout rules and is not guaranteed.

The receiving party carries out the assessment and controls the decision. Our referral role does not mean we are its authorized representative. You decide whether to apply, provide data or sign any agreement.

3. No client service charge

DataToAsset does not charge you for its service in this pilot. The referral link creates no DataToAsset fee obligation. The terms of any later, separately offered paid service would require your separate agreement.
