1. Independent referral service

DataToAsset is an independent referrer. The final data user carries out the assessment and makes the decision. We may receive compensation from the final data user for a successful referral; DataToAsset does not charge you for its service in this pilot.

We identify potentially relevant opportunities and provide a referral route. We are not the receiving service, its agent or an authorized spokesperson. We do not perform its assessment, determine a data valuation or control its contracts.

2. Your choice and authority

Following a link opens an external service; it does not submit information automatically. Only an authorized representative should apply for a company. Review that service’s identity, terms and privacy requirements before applying. Provide truthful information and obtain the necessary rights and permissions before sharing data.

3. No DataToAsset client fee in this pilot

DataToAsset does not charge you for its referral service in this pilot. Clicking, applying or participating creates no paid advisory engagement, exclusive representation or data license with DataToAsset. Any future paid DataToAsset service requires a separate agreement and cannot be charged retroactively merely because you joined this pilot.

4. No guaranteed outcome

The final data user decides eligibility, diligence, data scope, value, contract terms, timing and payment. A referral or positive preliminary result is not a completed transaction. We do not guarantee acceptance, compensation or a payment deadline. This website is informational, not legal, tax or monetary valuation advice.

5. Questions and availability

The pilot may be paused if the referral route is unavailable or its conditions change. For assistance or questions about this site, contact alex@datatoasset.com. Do not send confidential company records. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
